Donna Kahm

Donna Kahm has served as President and Chief Executive Officer at Southern Tier Health Care System, Inc. since January 2007. She is responsible for all aspects of administering and directing the rural health care network located in Olean that serves Allegany, Cattaraugus and Chautauqua counties in southwestern New York. As President and CEO, Donna fosters collaboration among the organization’s members and community agencies to enhance the health and wellness of residents living in the rural catchment and directs numerous initiatives that identify and overcome barriers to quality of care and quality of life. Donna was a Health Leadership Fellow from the Health Foundation for Western and Central New York’s Health Leadership Fellows program with the 2014-16 class, where her group’s project began the Cribs for Kids program that serves Allegany, Cattaraugus and Chautauqua counties. In 2020, Donna received the Senator Patricia M. McGee Rural Health Award for her dedication to serving rural populations and better the health and wellness of the residents.
