Bio

Tiffany Alford is the Coordinator of Safe Kids Northeast Tennessee and Co-Coordinator of Safe Kids Heart of Appalachia (VA). She is also the Manager of the Children’s Resource Center at Niswonger Children’s Hospital in Johnson City, TN and is a Certified Child Passenger Safety Technician Instructor with Special Needs training.
